We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Kumon Assistants - Puncak Jalil Centre (Full Time & Part Time). For those of you who live in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Kumon Centre, and able to under a part time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Education/Training & Education with at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level & Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Mark and record worksheets
- Pick and pack worksheets for next class days
- Assist to observe and guide students
- Any administrative and management tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. SPM qualification, preferably pass with credits in Mathematics & English
- Good command in English & Mandarin
- Like to deal with children
- Patient, pleasant, polite & responsible
- Prefer candidates who stay nearby

The Kumon Method is an instructional method based on an independent or self-learning approach. Created in 1954, by Toru Kumon, a high school Maths teacher in Osaka, Japan. The curriculum consists of hundreds of short assignments arranged in very small steps, each step getting a little bit harder than the previous. The materials are organised into a naturally coherent, logical progression which allows students to advance at their own pace rather than by grade level or age. The daily worksheets are designed to be building blocks to help a child gradually develop fundamental Maths and reading skills needed to master high school (Pre-University) level Maths, languages and reading comprehension.
