Overview
The Marketing & Communication Manager (Data Management & Reporting Analyst) is responsible for Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives for the department, with on-going contribution of ideas and support and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet internal goals and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will report to the Head – Marketing & Communication (Data Management Reporting Analysis).
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining SOPs based on the ESG framework of data management and automation.
- Manage end-to-end project management activities e.g. project planning, scoping, risk & issues resolution, tracking, relationship management and documentation.
- Identify, propose and implement improvement opportunities on process, people and systems.
- Review, monitor and update existing processes and procedures with alignment to internal guidelines and policies. Participate in periodic compliance review.
- Assist in other strategic initiatives/ research/ assignments as required by management
Job Requirements
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Banking, Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines
Experience
- 7 years and above experience in the data management and data analytic role.
- Experience with programming, i.e.: SQL, Python, SAS and BI tools, i.e.: Tableau and Power BI is required.
- Experience in managing projects is preferred.
