Our company Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Shah Alam/Subang and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Services & Logistics/Supply Chain, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of manager vendor management and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to identify vendor needs and specifications for various products and services.
- Manage vendor process including registration, background check, conflict of interest, training, etc.
- Manage vendor performance and proactively detect potential risks.
- Timely and effective work with stakeholders for improvement and efficiency of the operation/management.
- Conducting interviews with new vendors (if necessary) and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
- Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
- To manage regular vendor performance reviews and evaluations.
- Work closely with the business unit/project owner and procurement team for the proposed procurement exercise.
- Manage master and archive list timely with supporting documents to ease future reference.
- Monitor and manage vendor management process compliance.
Requirement
- Candidate should possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with excellent customer service.
- At least 7 years of experience in logistics, procurement or stock control management.
