For candidates who reside in Selangor and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Merchandising and possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Merchandisers / Buyers in the planning, selection and procurement of merchandise.
  • To manage promotion setup and price change.
  • To issue purchase orders, track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage all data entry pertaining to merchandising upkeep in the system.
  • Manage incoming stocks at optimal level and perform reallocation / inter branch transfer based on business needs.
  • Respond and resolve promptly to any queries from stores.
  • Generate and analysing inventory reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in the retail industry or FMCG.
  • Able to work independently and is an effective team member.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in the fast-paced environment, work under pressure with positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (those with Mandarin language skill will be an added advantage)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to work at Shah Alam HQ, Section 15.

Founders’ background

Lee Meng Chuan graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from University of South Australia. He is a qualified pharmacist and has more than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products and management of pharmacies.

His spouse, Lim Sin Yin acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from University of Strathclyde. She is also a qualified pharmacist and has more than 10 years of experience as a pharmacist, stock controller and trainer.

Under their leadership, the Group has grown progressively from a neighbourhood pharmacy in Damansara Uptown to one of Malaysia’s leading pharmacy chain.
