The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 2,400 - RM 3,400. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

• Ensure products cleanliness and check on damage, expire stocks regularly to minimize returns.
• Build good working relationships with customer, responding to their request and feedbacks and provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues, and competitor’s activities to immediate superior.
• Implement efficient inventory management practices, including proper stock rotation, organizing, and regular audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Ensure proper planning, receipt, storage and shipment procedures and provide logistical support for all incoming and outgoing distributions activities.
• Manage operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and attractive product listings with proper categorization, images, and descriptions.
• Content creation for all platforms
• Planning, implementing, and optimizing successful marketing campaigns on Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok)
• Perform other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year(s) experience as a Merchandiser or in Retail Sales. Applicants with experience in E-commerce will have an added advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (for mandarin-speaking client).
- Team player with pleasant personality, has good and strong interpersonal, organizational skills and work ethics.
- Possess own transport with valid license and willing to travel locally.
- Able to start immediately or short notice.
