The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 2,400 - RM 3,200. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

• Visit to the retail outlets pre-pan by supervisor and ensure all our products are well organized with adequate level of stocks on display.
• Ensure products cleanliness and check on damage, expire stocks regularly to minimize returns.
• Communicate effectively with key personnel on ordering and replenishment of stocks and other operational issues.
• Build good working relationships with customer, responding to their request and feedbacks.
• Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues, and competitor’s activities to immediate superior.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of merchandise in the warehouse.
• Implement efficient inventory management practices, including proper stock rotation, organizing, and regular audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Ensure proper planning, receipt, storage and shipment procedures and provide logistical support for all incoming and outgoing distributions activities.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and attractive product listings with proper categorization, images, and descriptions.
• Content creation and design for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok and Website etc)
• Planning, implementing, and optimizing successful marketing campaigns on Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok)
• Perform other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Higher SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year experience as merchandiser/retail sales, applicants with experience in e-commerce will have an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (for mandarin-speaking client).
• Flexible and willing to continuously learning.
• Pleasant personality, energetic, hardworking, independent, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
• Good interpersonal skill, team player and strong organizational and decision-making.
• Possess own transport with valid license and willing to travel locally.
• Able to start immediately or short notice.
