We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Product Quality Engineer. For those of you who live in Perak and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Salutica Allied Solutions Sdn. Bhd., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 3,200 - RM 6,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:-
- Develop entire product qualification plan per requirements from customers as guideline. The qualification package includes:
- Design for Manufacturability & Assembly (DFMA)
- Process FMEA
- DOE (if applicable)
- Quality Control Plan
- First Article submission (purchase parts)
- Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR & R)
- Process Sample Approval (PSA)
- Preparation of Serial Process Verification Run (SPVR)
- Serial Process Verification Run (SPVR)
- During project development stage, coordinate and ensure all quality requirements from customers documented and implemented in BSM. These involve the followings:
- Correspond with the customer for product quality requirement and specifications.
- Coordinate the preparations of all new project quality related documents and revision control, including both in-house and customers’ specifications e.g. drawings, DFMA, control plan, specification guide, limit sample template, QA inspection records etc.
- Coordinate on product qualification and sample/ product submission approval as well as product spec change handling.
- Review quality specifications, establish spec guide and provide training/ briefing to the line on quality requirements
- Develop quality specifications and requirements with external partner as well as quality improvement activities, in order to confirm to BSM quality requirements.
- During mass production stage, responsible for new defect judgement, quality spec finalization, revision of in-process and outgoing control plan and handling on correspond to any customer complaint & feedback.
- To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5S, proper teamwork and coordination between all other departments in achieving the compliance to the company’s Quality, Environmental & Occupational, Health & Safety Management System.
Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or Science preferably backgrounds from quality discipline.
- Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
