The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 3,000 - RM 5,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibility:

To be responsible in new product development inclusive of managing all aspects of crop testing plans, conducting trials and demonstrations, visiting farms and providing technical support and assistance to growers.
To involve in the sales activities and ensuring given monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets are achieved.
To build long term relationship with customers.
To transfer product knowledge, technical support and assistance to growers and distributors.
Responsible for the credit control of customers including timely and prompt collection.
Any other special projects or assignment that may be assigned accordingly at the discretion of the company.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Science & Technology/Bio-Tech or equivalent.
Preferably 2 years working experience. Fresh graduate encourages to apply.
Possess own transport and able to travel outstation is a must.
Positive attitude, self motivated & demonstrated abilities in working both independently.
