The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for aspiring young technical graduates to join our team!
Project Construction is about executing the project tasks, allocating resources, managing stakeholders, and implementing the activities and deliverables as defined in the project plan.

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS:
- Attractive Salary.
- Duration of 18 months with rotation in various relevant departments:
- Project Construction (Primary) – 6 months
- Project Management (Secondary) – 4 months
- Contracts – 3 months
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control – 3 months
- Sales – 1 month
- Customer Care – 1 month
- All trainees under GREaT will be employed as permanent confirmed staff.
- Trainees who successfully complete the programme will be well-rewarded monetarily on top of a fast-tracked career path.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Candidate must possess a degree in either Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or any other related discipline with a CGPA of at least 3.0.
- Active involvement in Extra Co-Curricular activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
