We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of SR QA Engineer (Manufacturing). We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 4,500 - RM 6,500 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Bachelors Degree in any course.
- 6-7years work experience in Quality field in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills & Abilities : QC tools, 8D problem solving skills, failure analysis, good project management, auditing skills (internally and external), excellent in verbal and written communication skill, computer literate.
- Knowledge : GMP, ISO 9001
- Personal attributes : Bias for action, think big, deliver results, proactive.
Your Key Responsibility :
- To propose, lead and execute of quality improvement opportunities, developing, process audit and maintaining business continuity programs.
- To monitoring and analyze customer’s complaint pertaining to product related issues, drive improvements across stakeholders and take any further actions against any non-compliance.
- To monitor product quality performance and drive improvement plan across departments to achieve desirable improvement target and to manage defects in an effective, acceptable and consistent manner.
- To initiate, coordinate and drive quality improvement activities and system enhancement intra and inter-department and conduct QA activities at all production line.
- To ensure and develop any compliance to Quality System and also customer’s requirements being communicated down throughout stakeholders.
- To assist Quality Manager in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financial, to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the organization’s annual business plan and long term strategy.
