Our company, EKO Metal Industries Sdn Bhd are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as production technician/ cnc machinist with a full time work system, which domiciled in Sungai Petani & Bukit Mertajam and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma which experienced in Manufacturing.

Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.

The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Job Responsibility (Production Technician – Casting Department) – Juru, Bukit Mertajam:

Monitor and adjust production processes/equipment’s to maintain quality and productivity.
Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
Preventive Maintenance and Tooling Maintenance planning and monitoring
Monitor & Record Machine Maintenance / change mould downtime.
Machine and Tooling spare part stock handling.
Control Machine & Tools Spare parts stock level.
Check Water Treatment Plant chemical stock level and drainage water discharge.
Follow up Tooling modification/ repair status with Toolmaker.
Check NEW tooling condition received from NPI Team / packed Tooling send to Toolmaker.
Mould EOL Status.
Once receive schedule from PPNC, check tooling condition & tooling spare parts that tooling ready for prod.
Perform other task as assigned by superior

Job Responsibility (CNC Machinist – Sungai Petani Plant)

To coordinate and solve any technical problem with your knowledge to get the job done on time.
To analyse and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools and equipment.
To prepare the weekly progress report.
To propose the technical improvement of the fabrication process, method and speed to meet company standard.
To have a commitment on estimate hours and lead time when required.
Responsible for arranging and completing all assigned job in time.
Maintaining machines and arranging machines to be served when required.

Requirements:

SPM / Diploma and above
Able to working in shift schedule for production technician.
Knowledge of tooling production required.
Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous.
Problem-solving skills.
Analytical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required.
