Description
Job Description:
1. Ensure that materials are sufficient for the process.
2. Responsible for daily production target achievement of allocated area.
3. Ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with.
4. Direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting work performance.
5. Provide production records and other performance to the Production Manager whenever
required.
6. Ensure subordinates comply with the required procedures and instructions.
7. Liaise with Food Technologist on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures
to prevent recurrences.
8. To report process malfunction to the Production Manager and liaise with Maintenance
Executive to resolve the problem.
9. To liaise with Material / Production Planning, Personnel & Administration and concerned
departments to ensure production goals are realized.
Job Requirements:
1. SPM and above.
2. Experienced in Supervisor position.
3. Experienced as Supervisor of Food Industry will be added advantage.
4. Possess skills on handling people and able to plan for manpower for each station.
5. Able to plan for production for daily input and output.
6. Strictly discipline person to handle company policy.
7. Able to follow task timeline set by superior.
8. Willing to work at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
