We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 2,000 - RM 3,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! - You are responsible for the scoping, assessment, costing, proposal, bidding, planning, execution and reporting of various building repair and maintenance projects.
- You need to recruit, train and manage skilled and semi-skilled manpower, both local and foreign. Their welfare, discipline and work performance depend our your management and leadership skills.
- You shall obtain CGDL and be responsible for company vehicle to transport manpower, equipment, tools and material from office to project sites.
- You shall manage both product and performance warranties issued to customers.
