We are hiring for the position of Project Engineer - System with full time working hours for our company office, Unit Concept Sdn Bhd, for residents of Shah Alam/Subang and its neighboring areas.

Main Role: As a Project Engineer (System), you are expected to execute and complete various Control System/Industrial Automation and Industrial IoT projects which involve CMMS, MES, PLC, SCADA/HMI, Electrical & Instrumentation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determines project specifications by studying customer requirement.
- Liaise with customers, vendors and principal regarding various technical and commercial issues.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Procurement of project materials / equipment, and manpower outsource, on a timely basis.
- Controls project cost by ensuring minimum non-conformance cost incur.
- To carry out engineering design work per project or customer specification, such as;
a) IIoT, CMMS and MES design and development
b) Control System Design
c) PLC Programming
d) SCADA Configuration and Development
e) Control Panel Design
f) Electrical Wiring Design
g) Electrical & Instrumentation
- To prepare various engineering design documentation, such as Functional Design Specification (FDS), Datasheet, Panel layout, General Arrangement and wiring Drawing, Instrument Hook-up and Installation Drawing, Schematic Diagram, Cable Schedule and Testing procedure/Check Sheet.
- To perform in-house testing (Factory Acceptance Test), site deployment, installation, testing and commissioning.
- To maintain proper project documentations and records as per company’s ISO9001 QMS.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Control System, Industrial Automation or other similar environment.
Skill/Knowledge & Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of and experience with IIoT, PLC & SCADA programming, Control System design, Electrical & Instrumentation and Project Management.
- Possess the attitude of always wanting to learn up new knowledge and has ability to pick up new skill when needed.
- Ability to resolve issue and get thing done – good problem-solving skill, to anticipate, identifies and resolves problems independently.
- Due to the nature of project type of work, candidates require having ability to work under extreme pressure and a willingness to work unsociable hours when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for meeting, reports and negotiations, etc.
- Expected to travel around Malaysia and oversea to execute and support onshore and offshore project.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
