We are pleased to inform you that our company office, Blue Power Sdn Bhd is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as PURCHASING EXECUTIVE and able to work under full time working hours system.
We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Your capability will be highly appreciated by our company.

· Generate Purchase Orders based on Sales Orders.
· Generate Purchase Orders based on office admin request.
· Track & follow-up orders with Suppliers until final completion/delivery.
· Track & update order status with Sales Team until final completion/delivery.
· Document filing for Purchase orders, Sales orders and related documents.
· Sourcing of suppliers, negotiate on pricing, purchasing terms & conditions (3 suppliers)
· Update and maintain the approved Suppliers database and performance records.
· Maintain a cost effective purchases via negotiation.
· Submit monthly cost saving report.
· Review the procedures of purchasing and make amendment when required.
· Compliance to ISO 9001:2008 practices.
· Maintain close working relationships with existing suppliers.
· Continued effort to source new suppliers.
· Meeting deadlines of purchase request.
· Match Invoices/DOs with POs for AP payment.
· Random quality checks on suppliers and received goods.
· Other assignment shall be on ad hoc basis.
