We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Klang/Port Klang and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Purchasing Executive in our business office, TSM Welding Technology Sdn Bhd.

Candidates with a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 3,500 - RM 5,500, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Descriptions:
- Conduct product research and source for new suppliers and vendors.
- Source for materials, goods, products, and services and negotiate for the best and cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Perform inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Inspect the stocks and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
- Update and maintain the records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Attend product launches and networking with industry professionals.
- Establish professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
- Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company.
- Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
- Good manage the warehouse reorder level and report.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by the Superior.
Qualifications,Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- Hands-on experience with purchasing.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain procedures.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis.
- Great understanding of the market and current market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
