We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Sales Trade Manager in our company, Adabi Consumer Industries Sdn Bhd. For candidates who reside in Selangor and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales and possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 4,000 - RM 6,500 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Sales & Marketing Activities, coaching, negotiation, communication skills, multi tasking, MS Excel.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang Intergrated Industrial Park.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- Knowledged on retail management is the advantage.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Establish channel strategies and execute plans to achieve given business objectives
- Identify opportunity and challenges by analysing various data, including sales data, customer’s off-take-data, retail audit, shopper research
- Use shopper and consumer insights to develop 5P recommendations in order to achieve optimized consumption
- Collaborate with brand management and sales team to develop brand building activities and key selling
- Generate compelling shopper stories to develop winning strategies for categories
- Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding of shopper behaviour

In 1984, the first batch of ADABI products rolled off from a small factory in Batu Caves Light Industries Area. Since then, our venture has grown immensely. Today, ADABI has become a household name in the food manufacturing business, with over 33 types of products under 4 main categories ; Powdered Spice Mix, Processed Paste, Soya Sauce and Flour Mix.
Our steady market growth over the year has prompted us to expand. From Batu Caves, ADABI shifted to bigger factories in Taman Kepong Light Industrial Area in 1986 and additional plants at Taman Ehsan Light Industrial Area in 1990 and 1992. With an ever escalating customer demand, the company shifted to its own factory and office premises located in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park in November 1996 to successfully cater to their individual and market needs.
Our successes and achievements thus far can be credited to our founder and CEO of the company, Dato' Syed Manshor Syed Mahmood, who with initial staff strength of 25 people was able to carry the company to its present status :
