We are hiring! To candidates with Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Education/Training & Education, we Autism Gym Centre, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as special needs teacher and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 2,300 - RM 2,900.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy or courses equivalent.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Psychology and Special Teacher or any course equivalent.
- 1 – 2 years experience in this field
- Fluent in Bahasa & English
- Interested, Compassion, and kindness with children.
- Excellent and proactive in teamwork
- Hardworking, Discipline, Punctual
Responsibilities:
- Develop an individualized intervention program based on occupational performance deficits in the areas of personal care, behavior, interaction skills, process skills, play, and communication
- Provide clinically effective, person-centered, and evidence-based occupational therapy assessment and intervention to children
- Provide support and training to all education staff with regard to occupational therapy interventions
- Independently review outcomes and modify intervention programs
- Establish a good follow-up and progress update system to track progress and feedback to parents
- Undertaking student assessments of physical, communication, interaction, and cognitive skills.
- Planning and providing appropriate activities on Motor Skills.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks, for example, writing reports and maintaining records and notes.
- Observation for intervention.
- Communicate with clients, and families when appropriate
- Keep detailed records & Assess client progress
