We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 3,700 - RM 4,300.

We are looking for a Technical Specialist who wants to:

What is your role:
- Act as a technical support specialist in equipment maintenances, to ensure equipment in top notch for quality products and performance.
- Perform on-site/remote troubleshooting, servicing, repairs and/or installation of company products, in the scope of hardware and software to maximize the device up-time.
- Communicate with Korea HQ Technical Support team for troubleshooting and learning up-to-date technical information
- Report technical cases in hands to superior and HQ on a regular basis
- Generate quotation and follow-up payment collections for paid repair services
- Provide Test and Commissioning, Electrical Safety Test to customers and liaising with Biomedical engineer in hospitals
- Prepare and manage equipment logistics and any necessity of the successful product on-site demonstration
- Check physical inventory for company products and spare parts and coordinate with administration team
- Responsible for setting up new devices by adhering to the procedures listed in the Pre-Delivery Order (Pre-DO) inspection process.
- Communicate with Customers on the pre- and post-service activities to ensure that the customer is well informed on the device condition.
- Conduct proper follow-up to provide preventive maintenance and routine checks for customer device.
- Report to immediate superior on all incidents, irregularities that occur in the job environment or situations related to the job.
What you need to have:
- Minimum Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic or relevant IT background. Additional relevant certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in Medical Device industry is preferred.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and diligent working.
- Great troubleshooting skill.
- Able to handle customer’s queries and complaints.
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
