Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 5,000 - RM 7,500 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Job description
- To develop, manage and constantly review Warehouse Management systems and inventory processes & policies.
- To lead, coach and motivate warehouse & inventory team in achieving and maintaining inventory accuracy within stipulated timeline, and upkeep the work efficiency & and productiveness of the warehouse & inventory team.
- Responsible for optimizing stock availability and fill rate with reasonable stock value level, preparing stock variance reports and analysis.
- Proactively work with site inventory & and operations team involves stock count reports, internal control systems are integrated.
- Responsible to review warehouse space structure, overseeing & and analyzing stock movement, categorizing stocks prioritization of usage, collaborate with the procurement team reviwe planning routes, and processing shipments.
- Tackling and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise in warehouse & inventory operations.
- Keeping track and analyse warehouse & inventory modification work cost if applicable.
- Tactfully attend to ad-hoc assignment which related to warehouse & inventory operation work matters.
We are looking for:-
- An agile candidate who has at least five (5) years of working experience related to the field & two (2) years in a managerial role.
- An independent team player who can work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent analytical, problem solver & good written communication & and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to travel within Peninsular of Malaysia (Pahang, Terengganu, Perak & Johor).
- Preferably speak & write in Mandarin due to job nature required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory, Business Administration or any field related to Warehouse & Inventory Operations.
