Candidates with a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Services & Logistics/Supply Chain are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Position Overview:
Planning, directing, and overseeing the operation of DC Operation Team, monitoring and forecasting stock purchase, stock holding, import & export planning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities. Make sure daily operation is on-going even with admin absence.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Monitoring monthly end closing – system cleaning pending adjustment, ensure system branch & member on hand on have negative quality.
- Monitoring logistic team delivery planning, making sure each region stock delivery on time for daily installation well-controlled.
- Ensure team forecast calculation accuracy and make the correct decision for stock purchase.
- Monitoring system enhancement , build-up status.
- Monitoring product ETD & ETA from supplier time to time, and make the correct decision to team member future action once stock is any delay or shortage.
- Keep track & handle each team operation achieve target on time.
- Planning and set timeline schedule to fulfill the goal as top management team request.
- Monitoring oversea partner order requests & stock availability support.
- Monitoring import & export shipment process (document, haulage, storage).
- Prepare monthly reports for superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre U, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Having 5 years or above working experience in Logistics, Shipment field would be an added advantage.
- Technical & Management Skills: Good time management skill, Computer Literacy; MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc, Leadership skill, Communication skill; able to communicate well with all levels of staffs.
- Personal & Interpersonal skills: Good attitude, responsible and discipline.
