Position Tittle: Changi Experience Ambassador
Working Hours: Rotational shift based on schedule
Salary Range: Up to SGD 200 (During probation)
Up to SGD 2200 (Upon Confirmation)

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end customer service for passengers, member of public or callers and attending to their enquiries, feedback and proactively proposing solutions to assist them on their needs
- Performing roving duties at both transit and public areas, proactive engagement of passengers to assist with flight related enquires, introduce and suggest facilities, retail and F&B options.
- Assist with queue combing at various key touch pointes and coordination with relevant airport partners
- Respond to all enquiries from all official channels (e.g. calls, emails, chatbot and social media post) and register all enquiries
- Conduct first level fact-finding from customer and categories all feedback and enquiries, escalate when necessary
- Being first line of response to incidents, medical and emergency cases, undertake appropriate mitigating measures on ground, and to escalate and activate relevant parties to follow up on the cases.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent with 1 year of customer service experience
- Pro-active, resourceful and possess effective problem solving skills
- Enjoy communicating & interacting with passengers
- Willing to commit weekends, public holidays, and overnight shift
- Able to speak such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, German, and etc. will be serve as advantages.
