If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant with at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 3,000 - RM 4,500. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and task-oriented Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for issuing invoices, tracing and asking for payments from clients, handling company calls, conducting research as needed, and occasional travel to Singapore. This position includes the opportunity to work from home after the probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing our financial processes including issuing invoices and tracing and managing client payments.
  • Maintain professional and continuous follow-up with clients for due payments, ensuring timely collections.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing company calls and correspondences.
  • Conduct research related to business operations or specific client projects as required.
  • Travel to Singapore once a week to support business operations or meet with clients as required.
  • General administrative duties, including but not limited to, managing diaries, organizing meetings, booking travel, and maintaining office systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent self-discipline, self-management, and organizational abilities.
  • The ability to work independently, adapt to changing tasks, and show initiative in job performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a weekly basis.
  • Knowledge and experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as devices like MS Office and office equipment.
  • Proven research skills with the ability to extract, analyze, and present data.
