Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as CUSTOMER SERVICE. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Description
· Responsible for coordinating shipments from overseas for both AIR & Ocean covering all branches.
· Coordinates with Sales department on the quotation required by customers and to check the validity of quotation prior to any shipment being moved.
· To provide solutions to client on the best way to handle their shipments and to meet clients satisfaction
· Coordinate with Overseas agent on the shipment consolidation by Air /Ocean.
· Maintaining customer satisfaction as per set targets.
· To coordinate with Operations department to ensure clients shipments arrive and are delivered on time.
· To handle Cross Trade shipments in terms of invoicing and costing of job files/
· To ensure all emails of communication to clients and agents are replied daily.
. Submit AMS, ISF and send invoice on time.
. Send booking to carrier and confirm BL.
