We are hiring! To candidates with Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Arts/Media/Communications & Public Relations, we Roche Services & Solutions Operations APAC, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as internship - communications and dedicated to work in internship which domiciled in Subang Jaya and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Description
In the role, externally you will be involved in:
- Ophthalmology media launch event
- PHC initiatives (MoU, etc)
- Women’s Cancer Coalition media launch and Pink October Gala event
- Deeptalks (developing videos)
*this list is not exhaustive and there might be impromptu events
This will involve:
- Be actively involved in the coordination of meetings and media relations activities
- Perform other administrative duties as we may need you to do
In the role, internally you will be involved in:
- Product / Disease Knowledge Awareness Month
- Updating the framework for the year and for 2023
- Internal Campaigns
- Coordinate with pods on their needs for internal campaigns
- Come up with new ideas on how to launch an internal campaign
- G-site (updating the relevant information, etc)

Required Skills
Within your skills and qualifications, you will…
- Have proudly completed related course work and have put your studies into practice
- Enjoy being creative and have had exposure to graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or Illustrator
- Have the ability to produce videos in a professional manner
- Demonstrate your proven experience working with Microsoft Office products
- Work smart by managing multiple priorities with deadlines in a constantly changing environment
- Inherently demonstrate a high level of integrity and with an element of trust
- Innately demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills
- Work within stipulated tight deadlines
