The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Job description:
- Conduct product research, sourcing & evaluate potential suppliers & vendors. accordance to company’s Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
- Compare, evaluate & validate quotations & offers from multiple suppliers.
- Develop & implement purchasing & contract management instruction, policies & procedures whenever applicable.
- Accountable to negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- To ensure respective team mates track orders and ensure timely delivery, well received by sites and proper storage.
- Consistently review suppliers’ products quality and prices.
- Validate & review reports on purchases which include variance cost analysis.
- Close collaboration with warehouse & inventory and site operations team to ensure stock accuracy is achievable as per Key Performance Indicator set.
- Build strong relationship with suppliers, vendors, attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends & technology.
- Perform any other expressed or implied duties which related to purchasing & operations work matters as and when required by the superior.
We are looking for:
- An agile candidate who has at least have 5 years of working experience related to the field & two (2) years in a managerial role.
- An independent team player who can work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent analytical, problem solver & good written communication & and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to travel within Penisular of Malaysia (Pahang, Terengganu, Perak & Johor).
- Preferably speak & write in Mandarin due to job nature required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory, Business Administration or any field related to Purchasing & Operations. Several years of professional experience is also required as it could be a crucial advantage.
