We are hiring for the position of QA Manager with full time working hours for our company office, Ryco Hydraulics Sdn Bhd, for residents of Sungai Petani and its neighboring areas.

- Handling/ managing customer complaints and supplier issues.
- Analyse, evaluate and new project/product for necessary planning of process control, inspection and testing needs as stipulated in new product validation report.
- Review and monitor all testing equipment and procedures are with accordance with relevant standards.
- Initiate and formulate CAPA via RCA action with relevant departments and verify effectiveness
- Monitor, evaluate and validate QIP for assigned product or project.
- Monitor and lead internal audit for QMS and document control.
- Managing and driving department KRA/KPI
- Monitor calibration are in align with the QMS requirements.
- Responsible for external and regulatory audits.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
- At least 10 Years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Required Skills: RCA, FMEA, QMS, COQ, Advance Excel
- Experience liaison with JKKP & DOE.
- Good problem solving skills and people management
- With 6 Sigma knowledge will be advantage.
