We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Assistant Engineer. For those of you who live in Segamat and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, CLASSIC SEGAMAT PALM OIL MILL SDN. BHD., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 2,700 - RM 3,300. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Responsible for government regulation (DOE,DOSH,MPOB &ETC).
- Ensure that the company complies with all the regulations given.
- Handle training/drill/program regarding environment.
- Implement plant safety working conditions and environmental control measures.
- Responsible for processing mill production & quality process control, mill maintenance, mill installation, and project commissioning & functions.
- To assist in improving the productivity and quality of production through the introduction of process, development and analysis.
- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations.
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

CSPOM is located in Segamat, Johor and has been started the operation on June 2021.
We produce two types of oils, which are Crude Palm Oil and Palm Kernel. The capacity for producing Crude Palm Oil and Palm Kernel stands at 7,00-8,00mt and 2,00mt per month respectively.
With a time tested and proven process structure, CSPOM continues to be a high-quality product leader in the local oil palm industries, and big part of the success is of course our people.
