We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. We are offering a salary of RM 1,700 - RM 2,500 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, performance management, employee relations, and industrial relations as well as office administrative duties and other HR-related supported services.

  • Recruitment to handle job postings, interview candidates, conduct reference checks, employee orientation, and onboarding program.
  • Compensation & Benefits to provide advice on performance management and staff welfare/benefits.
  • Training & Employee Relations to organize training and activities to promote employee relations for increased morale and productivity.
  • HR Administration to conduct exit interview analysis and recommend improvement plans to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Disciplinary matters to investigate and handle all allegations of staff misconduct and to administer appropriate disciplinary actions, including carrying out a domestic inquiry in accordance with the requirements of the Employment Act.
  • Preparation of monthly payroll including OT, allowances and deduction, reports and documents and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, Tax and other salary deduction payments) within the time frame. This includes foreign workers’ salary.
  • Ensure all employee payments are processed accurately and timely.
  • Check with governmental bodies such as EPF, SOCSO and others for clarification on regulations and procedures.
  • Manage payroll schedule and ensure all parties adhere to defined payroll activities and timelines.
  • Maintenance of payroll documents and leave administration.
  • Preparation of general HR matters such as Letters of Confirmation, Letters of Transfer, Appraisal of Confirmation, etc.
  • Maintain an effective filling system and ensure proper maintenance of all payroll documentation include of all HR related documents.
  • Fully in charge of employee leave calculation.
  • Maintain database integrity.
  • Monitor employee daily attendance, assist in recruitment;
  • Administration task responsible for the overall office administration and willing to be the hands-on approach. To carry out ad-hoc assignments as given by the Management.
