We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, experienced in Building/Construction & Quantity Surveying and domiciled in Segamat and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 2,300 - RM 4,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

- Involve in preparation of tender and contract documents, including bill of quantity and contract administration activities throughout the projects, Materials of taking off / measurement and variation order cost, letters of award and contracts.
- Prepare documents for valuation, material procurements, final account, and retention release
- Study and understanding of new issued drawings, instructions and tender documents, specifications and requirements and advise Management on their cost impact
- Managing the contract terms and coming out with strategic solutions.
- Responsible for pre- and post-contract management and monitoring materials. construction cost and procurement, variation order, and final materials.
- Any additional task assigned by the Management from time to time
- Working hour: Monday to Friday
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
· Able to prepare and read BQ and drawings
· Min 5 years of working experience, skillful and knowledgeable about QS basic tasks, construction work, processes and legal matters.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and AutoCAD
