As a competent company, we Nirvana Asia Group are looking for candidates for the position of customer service assistant (jementah) with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, experienced in Services & Customer Service and domiciled in Segamat and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

- To handle and execute the daily counter operation.
- To handle call or work in agents and customer requires.
- To handle Purchaser Order submission and Official Receipt processing and ensure the accuracy of the entry into system.
- Handle lot inquiries, lot reservation, lot confirmation and lot layout plan updating (Burial Plot, Urn Compartment stock list).
- To prepare, record and maintain daily/monthly/sales and collection report.
- To handle and resolve payment returns, change lot enquiry, transfer case and change of purchaser/beneficiary.
- To follow up with Account department on booking refund and transfer payment.
- To assist Marketing team/or participate as an action team on any company events whenever necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior / management to you from time to time.
