Our company, ICP Agro Solutions Sdn Bhd, headquartered in Kelana Jaya, is an agriculture agrochemicals distributor appointed by various multinational companies to promote and support the sales of plant protection products to plantation customers in Malaysia.

As part of our expansion plan, we currently are looking for ONE (1) suitable candidates to join our company and ideally applicants should be coming from the following areas in:

1.    SOUTHERN – Segamat

2.    NORTH PAHANG/KELANTAN – Kuantan/Temerloh

3.    SABAH –

(Preference will be given to local based candidates)

We are offering experience techno commercial in chemicals or fertilizer to apply with interesting package. We are also employing technical base candidates for sales and technical position to meet our market requirement.

Planters or Asst. Managers in Plantation is highly recommended to apply.

Training will be provided to successful candidates for products, sales technique, communications and etc for some period of time.

Successful candidates, after completion of probation period of minimum six months, will be offered permanent position with our organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·      Direct, manage and coach regional sales representatives’ tactical activities.

·      Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunities.

·      Lead and direct region sales organization to exceed sales plan and achieve regional sales goals.

·      Support Global business manager to develop and execute value based pricing.

·      Handle sales force staffing to ensure timely meeting of company’s short, medium and long term goals.

·      Translate regional business plan into individual Key Account Manager goals.

·      Prepare regional annual budget on regional volume allocations, pricing and sales forecasts.

·      Support quality decisions by giving input to Global Business Manager on product complexity vs. cost.

·      Supervise quarterly regional netbacks to stay within agreed affiliate netbacks.

·      Review regional performance against targets, objectives and KPIs and enhance performance.

·      Suggest discounts and incentives.

·      Represent ICP AGRO SOLUTIONS SDN BHD at conferences and external forums on responsibility areas.

·      Manage personal business expenses within region.

·      Ensure net revenue growth and retention focusing on new business.

·      Establish Insurance industry’s key contact relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, Degree in Plantation Industry Management or other related fields.
• Diploma In Plantation Industrial related with minimum one year experience.
• Plantation working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced in Agrochemical sales & marketing with high motivation for better career enhancement / future
• Possess good negotiation skills and able to work independently.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• MUST possess own transport with valid driving license. (After probation period, a company TOYOTA HILUX will be provided for the official duties to successful candidate)
• Required language(s): Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English

·       Computer literate. Applicants have a basic knowledge of word processing programs, like Microsoft Word.
