We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Assistant Mill Manager. For those of you who live in Papua New Guinea and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, WADL Group, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist on mill daily operation, routine mill maintenance and production control.
- Able to control workers discipline, welfare and related matters on daily basis.
- Knowledge on laboratory related aspects related to controlling mill oil losses.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety guidelines, ensure workers follow SOP all the time.
- Able to record on process record, checklist and report to management promptly.
- To participate in Mill Audits.
- To support mill operation and administration in ensuring that all the activities are in compliance with company policy and standard requirements.
- Able to handle the situation well during challenging time (during mill visit / audit by external/ internal auditor).
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Fast learner, independent and self-motivated.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the related filed.
- Must be able to travel to other mill visits.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience on mill processing and RSPO knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in Papua New Guinea.
