JOB INTRODUCTION:
Retail Managers must possess strong store management of the staff and the daily retail store functions. To instill all round team spirit and at the same time ensure high staff discipline & excellent customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To manage daily operation of the whole retail store.
2. To track competitors’ pricing & feedback to the Head Office in Singapore
3. To guide & train the supermarket staff and to be on the lookout for capable staff to train as supervisors of each section
4. To monitor closely products expiry date & to feedback for remedial action
5. Able to manage the purchases very well and keep it trim
6. Able to manage store inventory
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good leadership qualities & lead by example
2. Good knowledge of the whole retail operation
3. Must be result and customer-oriented
4. Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. a) For applicants going to Papua New Guinea, they will be able to fly 1.5 to 2 months after confirmation and getting the Work Permit & Work VISA.
b) For applicants going to Vanuatu, they will be able to fly 2 months after confirmation and getting the Work Permit & Work VISA.
2. Food, lodging and transportation will be provided by the Company.
