We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of WAREHOUSE MANAGER (Working Location: Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu). For those of you who live in Papua New Guinea and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, ESFIRA PTE LTD, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB INTRODUCTION:
We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
2. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
3. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
4.Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
5. Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
6. Liaise with clients, transport companies and shipping companies
7. Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
8. To conduct regular cycle count of products and reports.
9. To monitor & record the expiry dates of food products (FIFO)
10. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager (with minimum of 5-10 years experience)
2. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
3. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
4. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
5. Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
6. Leadership skills and ability manage staff
7. Strong problem solving skills
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
10. Able to handle incoming/outgoing cargo traffic
11. Familiar with the country’s important procedures & clearance of overseas import cargo
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Food, lodging and transportation will be provided by the Company
2. a) For applicants going to Papua New Guinea, they will be able to fly 1.5 to 2 months after confirmation and getting the Work Permit & Work Visa.
b) For applicants going to Vanuatu, they will be able to fly 2 months after confirmation and getting the Work Permit & Work Visa.
