JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible to operate, check, monitor and carry out maintenance of boiler operation.
· Responsible for boiler system care and maintenance.
· Responsible for ensuring that DOSH rules and regulations are complied.
· Responsible for controlling steam pressure and water level in the boiler drum.
· Responsible for ensuring the area around the boiler system is safe and clean.
· Responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the boiler and auxiliary systems.
· Responsible for fulfilling and performing tasks in accordance with ISO systems, EMS, RSPO, ISCC and company standard requirements.
· Ensure good agricultural practices and compliance to company’s policies & procedures.
· To prepare maintenance schedule and reports on a monthly basis.
· To have proper Boiler Chemicals Inventory control system.
REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least SPM / SPMV / IKM / Professional Certificate or equivalent.
· Candidate with Boilerman 1st Grade and 2nd Grade certificate are encourage to apply.
· Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as Boilerman preferably in Palm Oil Mill.
· Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
