This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Tanjung Bungah/Teluk Bahang and its surroundings.

Job Summary

  • In collaboration with Area Sales Manager and Customer Success Manager to support direct selling and indirect partnership business by identifying potential Partners in the region.
  • Building and enabling sales activities for potential ERP users at the field level (to include sourcing, influencing and negotiating deals).
  • Improving Monitor existing customer engagement level and customer satisfaction. 
  • Engaging learning and development either on self or amongst coworkers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate & discuss sales plans and strategies and execute them in the sales teamwork.
  • To support and assist Sales Team to engage Customers in gaining the most value from their MONITOR ERP System by identifying additional opportunities for MONITOR solutions to benefit the customer’s business needs.
  • To maintain and update CRM and Document each customer contact & requirements using our G5 CRM system in a clear, concise, and understandable format.
  • Provide an Extraordinary Customer Experience by addressing inquiries using a variety of channels (telephone, email, chat, social media, etc.)
  • Attend and perform sales demos at exhibitions, seminars, workshops, webinars, conferences, meetups, lunch-and-learn directly, and with partners to build pipeline.
  • To constantly build and develop network, maintain good relationship and rapports with existing & potential clients, with government bodies, associations, business partners for any marketing strategies
  • Fully understand Monitor ERP System capabilities, identify opportunities for customer’s further growth while working collaboratively with internal team to position upsells

Requirements:

  • Degree or Post degree in Engineering and/or Manufacturing courses, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Enterprise Software / Solution / Service Sales Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales working experience in manufacturing industry and SME industry covering areas in Supply Chain Management which includes Procurement; Material & Production Planning & Scheduling, and; Logistic, Distribution & Inventory Management and Production Operations Management.
  • Other experiences in Quality Control, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Costing, HR, IT, Admin, Sales & Marketing will be added advantage.
  • Direct customer sales experience, or selling direct to ISVs experience highly desirable
  • Experience of working with Global Systems Integrators, Regional SIs, Resellers and ISVs is an advantage.
