Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as HR EXECUTIVE (RECRUITER). For those of you who live in Johor Bahru, Penang, Kota Kinabalu & Klang/Port Klang and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, primebusinessgroup, and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum degree of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 2,500 - RM 5,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Responsible in recruiting team members who have high desire to achieve their life goals
2) Work collaboratively with cross functional departments within the company to achieve recruitment goals.
3) Participate in research, design and implementation of new technique that can attract candidate and increase company recruiting activity
4) Assists Manager and Team in executing recruitment process (telephone interview, virtual interview, face to face interview)
5) Planning & target setting for the company recruitment
6) Responsible in monitoring, training, motivating and development of team members.
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Education – Diploma or Bachelor Degree of any field
· Experience – Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR or financial related industry. Experience as recruiter is an added advantage
· Special skills – Familiar in using Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA and good presentation skills
· Good problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
· Self-motivated, passionate, innovative, resourceful, proactive, result driven, and ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
· Fast learner and able to work independently
