We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of RECEPTIONIST CUM HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT. For those of you who live in Selangor & Putrajaya and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Airstar (M) Sdn Bhd, and able to under a full time working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 2,300. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Receptionist:

  • Answering and forwarding phone call.
  • Arranging Couriers.
  • Meeting and Greet clients.
  • Deal with request from clients
  • Inform and call clients when the cheque is ready for collection
  • Received deliveries & Packages
  • Deal with the Supplier for any Purchase order requested

HR & Admin Assistant:

  • Preparing & Handling Staff Claim
  • Completing & furnish all information of tender documents required by vendor
  • Providing clerical & administrative support to HR
  • Deal with employee requests when necessary

Ad-Hoc duties:

  • Arrange order items for office use
  • Poster printing & lamination
  • Monitor guest & visitor to follow SOP during MCO
  • Monitoring daily staff body temperature during MCO

REQUIREMENT:

1)     Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.

2)     Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.

3)     Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

4)     Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Caves or Putrajaya Office

5)     Expected Start Date: 01/09/2023

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)     Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties (Answer, Screening, and forward calls)

2)     Update staff attendance

3)     Assist in general administrative and clerical work.

4)     Handling purchase order for office Supply (Stationery and Groceries)

5)     Ad-Hoc duties and other administrative work as assigned.
