We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Senior Project Executive (M&E). We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Required to perform M&E (QS) duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.
• Analysing M&E drawings.
• Taking off quantities from drawings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Estimate cost.
• Prepare tender documents.
• Evaluate claim and variation order.
• Finalise account.
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
• Degree in M&E Engineering or equivalent.
• With a minimum of 3 years working experience in Consultancy Firm or Contractor.
• Preferably with proven track record in M&E documentation, estimating and costing.
• Sound knowledge of M&E / Building Services design criteria.
• Independent and a self-starter.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa and Mandarin, Mandarin-speaking & written will be an added advantage.
