We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Service Engineer. For those of you who live in Puchong and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Swagelok Malaysia, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Position Summary :
Execute and manage multiple simultaneous projects, overseeing tasks such as material requisition, schematic design, engineering drawings, assembly supervision, and project scheduling. To ensure project deliverables align with company policies, industry standards, customer specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Execute all projects and custom solutions delivery by meeting with factory’s quality, policy, compliance, and client expectation.
- Implement quality standards to ensure consistent and high-quality project and engineering delivery. Implement corrective actions and improvement plans as needed. Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with accountable Internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality.
- Works closely with cross function to obtain clear specifications and engineering/ design change details and assembly works. ensure all parts are available for the project assembly works, monitors progress of the project’s assembly.
- Develop schematic and GA drawings. Prepare the necessary engineering documents and technical procedures required by each project.
- Liaise with customers on project requirements, specifications and/or documentations. This includes preparing weekly progress reports for each project as required by customer. Leading the project internal testing and Factory Acceptance Test with customer.
- Deliver per engineering metrics, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to direct manager. Implement strategies to address performance gaps.
- To attend all Service Center related audits, inspection and/or facility/capability evaluation and post evaluation/audit response.
Qualifications
- Possess a Mechanical engineering degree from a recognized institution
- At least with 3 years of working experience
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and/or Solidworks software
- Independent and requires minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of quality standards and compliance protocols.
- Proficiency in schematic and GA drawings, as well as engineering documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to track performance against targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective actions effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach to project management, ensuring all components are managed effectively.
- Experience in Factory Acceptance Tests and customer engagement is a plus.
