We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Special Needs Teacher in our company, Brain Connection. For candidates who reside in Petaling Jaya and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Education/Training & Education and possess a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 2,000 - RM 3,500 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

• Assisting students in individualised physical programme (gym, neuro exercises & Rhythmic Movement Training).
• Teaching students sensorial curriculum, thematic, literacy, numeracy and life skills.
Typical job responsibilities include:
• Assisting / Leading physical and academic activities
• Planning, preparing and researching lessons
• Preparing and adapting teaching materials
• Checking students’ work assessments and giving feedback reviews
• Liaising with parents on a daily basis
• Writing report when the needs arise
We are looking for candidates who are:
• Have a Diploma / Degree in related field, or experience in guiding special needs children
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience of working in primary or international school will be an advantage
• 1 position available
• Required Skill(s):
1. Physically motivated. It is important you have strong interest in planning and executing a child’s physical programme.
2. Highly intuitive. A special education educator needs to be able to sense underlying issues and help them as situations arise.
3. Adaptability. You must be able adapt your lessons in creative ways to highlight the learning strengths of each individual child.
4. Even-tempered. A great educator must be even-tempered with excellent coping techniques as you will encounter different emotional challenges among your students on a daily basis.
5. Truly passionate. It is crucial that our educators have a genuine love for children with special needs.
