So, what will you be doing as Customer Success Specialist?
Imagine working as front-line personnel at your favourite store but helping people virtually instead. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our tobacco industry client.
Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, build strong relationships, and drive the successful adoption and utilization of our tobacco-related products and services.

Your Responsibilities
· Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (Chat, phone calls and email).
· Ensure all communication is conducted professionally and promptly, while maintaining a personal touch, across all communication channels.
· Exhibit extensive knowledge about the product, brand, and industry to effectively address customer inquiries, turning them into brand advocates.
· Meet or exceed targets and requirements established by both the client and management.
· Collaborate with the client and management team to ensure the exchange of relevant knowledge and information.
· Take the extra mile to engage with consumers.
Your Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
· Fluent in Mandarin, and English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)
· Minimum 6months to 1 year experience in call centre
· Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner.
· Passionate about communication and interacting with people is key to success in this role.
· Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations.
· Customer Service orientation.
· Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
· Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
